My Story
My love of food and cooking have always been integral parts of who I am. Ever since I can remember, I have loved feeding my family and friends. Much of my free time is spent flipping through cookbooks, researching restaurants I want to visit, watching cooking documentaries, learning about chefs, or brainstorming my next creations. Prior to coming to university, I received a patisserie diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, (a dream of mine since I saw the film Julie and Julia). I first created Phaedra’s Kitchen during my culinary studies to share pictures with my friends and family. I am excited to now launch my at-home bakery to share my creations with you all.
